{"id":998,"date":"2017-10-25T01:02:05","date_gmt":"2017-10-25T01:02:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/?post_type=noticia&#38;p=998"},"modified":"2017-10-25T14:17:34","modified_gmt":"2017-10-25T14:17:34","slug":"n-apertura-de-nuevo-centro-de-atencion-al-usuario-cau","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/index.php\/noticia\/n-apertura-de-nuevo-centro-de-atencion-al-usuario-cau\/","title":{"rendered":"En apertura de nuevo Centro de Atenci\u00f3n al Usuario (CAU)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Transcaribe pone en circulaci\u00f3n tarjeta con dise\u00f1o en homenaje a Cartagena y sus Fiestas de la Independencia<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Alcalde destaca apertura de nuevas oficinas para atender a usuarios.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CARTAGENA, OCTUBRE DE 2017<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la inauguraci\u00f3n del Centro de Atenci\u00f3n al Usuario (CAU), Transcaribe puso en circulaci\u00f3n la nueva tarjeta en homenaje a Cartagena y sus Fiestas de la Independencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es una edici\u00f3n especial que ya pueden adquirir los usuarios del Sistema Integrado de Transporte Masivo (SITM) y que tiene el mismo valor que las que est\u00e1n en circulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El gerente de Transcaribe, Humberto Ripoll, dijo que tal como las que se emitieron por la visita del Papa, esta tiene un dise\u00f1o especial, con colores y motivos o personajes emblem\u00e1ticos de Cartagena. Se puede adquirir desde hoy en los puntos\u00a0SuperGiros\u00a0o en las taquillas de las estaciones del Sistema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para celebrar este homenaje de Transcaribe a la Independencia de la ciudad y las festividades que se organizan en su honor, al CAU asistieron reinas y actores festivos, que lucieron orgullosos los dise\u00f1os de las nuevas tarjetas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El CAU es el nuevo punto de atenci\u00f3n que tendr\u00e1n los usuarios en la entrada del Patio Portal y que contar\u00e1 con unas oficinas climatizadas y sistematizadas para resolver inquietudes o quejas, as\u00ed como brindar la informaci\u00f3n que se requiera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El Alcalde (e) Sergio Londo\u00f1o ha dado todo su respaldo para que el sistema siga creciendo en servicios a sus usuarios y brinde cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s una atenci\u00f3n confiable y eficaz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al acto de apertura de estas oficinas asistieron l\u00edderes de juntas de acci\u00f3n comunal de sectores vecinos de Transcaribe, que destacaron el nuevo servicio y plantearon algunas peticiones de sus comunidades a las que el gerente Ripoll se comprometi\u00f3 con darle tr\u00e1mite, entre ellas la colocaci\u00f3n de paraderos por la zona, arreglos de parques y de algunas calles.<\/p>\n<div class='cb-post-url-qr-code'><br><img src='https:\/\/api.qrserver.com\/v1\/create-qr-code\/?size=185x185&ecc=L&qzone=1&data=https%3A%2F%2Ftranscaribe.gov.co%2Findex.php%2Fnoticia%2Fn-apertura-de-nuevo-centro-de-atencion-al-usuario-cau%2F' alt='En apertura de nuevo Centro de Atenci\u00f3n al Usuario (CAU)'\/><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Transcaribe pone en circulaci\u00f3n tarjeta con dise\u00f1o en homenaje a Cartagena y sus Fiestas de la Independencia Alcalde destaca apertura de nuevas oficinas para atender a usuarios.
