A trav\u00e9s de este documento, el ente gestor expone al alcalde William Dau Chamat lo que le cuesta al sistema movilizar a cada pasajero.<\/p>\n<p>La tarifa t\u00e9cnica cubre cinco aspectos: el costo de los kil\u00f3metros recorridos por los buses, el costo de la plataforma tecnol\u00f3gica de recaudo, el costo del ente gestor administrativo, el costo de la fiduciaria y el costo de chatarrizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo al informe presentado por el SITM, el valor de la tarifa t\u00e9cnica para 2022 asciende a $6.300, debido a la ca\u00edda considerable en la demanda de pasajeros a ra\u00edz de los efectos y las medidas restrictivas ocasionadas por la pandemia de la COVID-19, y a que la recuperaci\u00f3n de esa demanda se vio afectada por la no prestaci\u00f3n del servicio de recaudo y venta de pasajes en dos oportunidades, por parte del Concesionario de Recaudo, Consorcio COLCARD.<\/p>\n<p>Entretanto, la tarifa al usuario es la que decreta el Distrito, y la que establece el costo del pasaje. Es decir, es el precio que pagan los usuarios por cada viaje a bordo de Transcaribe. Este rubro es la principal fuente de sostenibilidad del sistema, y vale la pena recordar que no aumenta hace m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o y medio, cuando a trav\u00e9s del Decreto 0488 del 11 de marzo de 2020, se estableci\u00f3 en $2.600.<\/p>\n<p>El SITM le present\u00f3 al Alcalde tres escenarios para el aumento de la tarifa al usuario, que corresponden a incrementarla en 100, 200 o 300 pesos. Es potestad del mandatario distrital definir en cu\u00e1nto se incrementa este concepto, siempre pensando en minimizar las afectaciones a la econom\u00eda de los cartageneros.<\/p>\n<p>Para evitar que sean los pasajeros quienes asuman el costo del diferencial entre la tarifa t\u00e9cnica y la tarifa al usuario, existe el Fondo de Estabilizaci\u00f3n Tarifaria FET, sobre el cual, el Distrito y Transcaribe vienen trabajando en conjunto para fortalecerlo y alimentarlo, garantizando as\u00ed la sostenibilidad del sistema sin afectar el bolsillo de los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<div class='cb-post-url-qr-code'><br><img src='https:\/\/api.qrserver.com\/v1\/create-qr-code\/?size=185x185&ecc=L&qzone=1&data=https%3A%2F%2Ftranscaribe.gov.co%2Findex.php%2Fnoticia%2Ftranscaribe-presento-a-la-alcaldia-el-informe-de-tarifa-tecnica-para-el-2022%2F' alt='Transcaribe present\u00f3 a la Alcald\u00eda el informe de tarifa t\u00e9cnica para el 2022'\/><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Transcaribe present\u00f3 a la Alcald\u00eda de Cartagena el informe t\u00e9cnico de la tarifa al usuario para el 2022 del SITM.
