Solo se permite una mascota por usuario, siempre y cuando cumpla con las normas establecidas. El due\u00f1o es responsable del comportamiento y bienestar del animal.<\/p>\n<p>Solo se aceptan mascotas de talla peque\u00f1a o mediana, no superiores a los 60 cm de altura. Deben ser transportadas en guacal, bolso o jaula, que no supere los 60 cm por lado.<\/p>\n<p>Se invita a los usuarios a viajar con la documentaci\u00f3n pertinente, como certificados de vacunaci\u00f3n o documentos de condici\u00f3n para lazarillo o soporte emocional, los cuales podr\u00edan ser requeridos por el personal del sistema.<\/p>\n<p>El usuario est\u00e1 obligado a recoger los excrementos de su mascota, impedir que el animal deambule sin control por buses y estaciones, no alimentarlo durante el viaje y garantizar su buen estado de salud y comportamiento. La mascota no debe ocupar asientos.<\/p>\n<p>Los perros de manejo especial (Pit Bull, Rottweiler, D\u00f3berman, entre otras especificadas en la ley) solo pueden ser llevados por mayores de edad, y deben usar collar y bozal durante todo el viaje).<\/p>\n<p>Los perros de asistencia como lazarillos pueden viajar con personas ciegas, mientras que las mascotas de soporte emocional deben portar su documentaci\u00f3n certificada.<\/p>\n<p>Transcaribe podr\u00eda negar el ingreso si la mascota representa un riesgo para otros usuarios, no cumple con las condiciones de transporte o no porta la documentaci\u00f3n requerida.<\/p>\n<p>Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n al respecto, los usuarios pueden comunicarse al WhatsApp del centro de atenci\u00f3n al usuario \u2013 CAU, 333 220 6769, y al correo electr\u00f3nico pqr@transcaribe.gov.co.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class='cb-post-url-qr-code'><br><img src='https:\/\/api.qrserver.com\/v1\/create-qr-code\/?size=185x185&ecc=L&qzone=1&data=https%3A%2F%2Ftranscaribe.gov.co%2Findex.php%2Fnoticia%2Fmascotas-en-el-sitm-conoce-las-reglas-de-transcaribe-al-respecto%2F' alt='\u00bfMascotas en el SITM?
