Tambi\u00e9n participaron los representantes de las dem\u00e1s entidades que conforman la sociedad: Edurbe, IPCC y Distriseguridad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl Distrito est\u00e1 comprometido y Transcaribe tambi\u00e9n con la ardua labor de mejorar el sistema, poner en primer lugar al usuario, y que la comunidad en general est\u00e9 contenta con su sistema de transporte masivo. El balance de la asamblea fue la aprobaci\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n y que el objetivo siempre sea la mejora continua, la atenci\u00f3n al usuario y la satisfacci\u00f3n de todos los cartageneros\u201d, declar\u00f3 Jos\u00e9 Joaqu\u00edn Posada, representante del alcalde Dumek Turbay Paz en la asamblea.<\/p>\n<p>El mensaje enviado por el alcalde Turbay a la asamblea de accionistas de Transcaribe S.A. fue reiterar el inter\u00e9s y el compromiso suyo personal, y del Distrito de Cartagena, con la mejora continua del servicio del sistema de los cartageneros. \u201cEstamos comprometidos a que el sistema d\u00e9 ese salto de calidad que estamos esperando los cartageneros\u201d, ratific\u00f3 Posada.<\/p>\n<div class='cb-post-url-qr-code'><br><img src='https:\/\/api.qrserver.com\/v1\/create-qr-code\/?size=185x185&ecc=L&qzone=1&data=https%3A%2F%2Ftranscaribe.gov.co%2Findex.php%2Fnoticia%2Ftranscaribe-realizo-su-asamblea-de-accionistas-correspondiente-a-la-vigencia-2024%2F' alt='Transcaribe realiz\u00f3 su Asamblea de Accionistas correspondiente a la vigencia 2024'\/><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Distrito de Cartagena, principal accionista, y las dem\u00e1s entidades que conforman la sociedad, aprobaron la gesti\u00f3n y los estados financieros de la empresa.
