{"id":6653,"date":"2025-02-25T09:55:12","date_gmt":"2025-02-25T14:55:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/?post_type=noticia&#038;p=6653"},"modified":"2025-02-25T09:55:12","modified_gmt":"2025-02-25T14:55:12","slug":"transcaribe-fortalece-los-procesos-de-capacitacion-y-formacion-de-sus-operadores","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/index.php\/noticia\/transcaribe-fortalece-los-procesos-de-capacitacion-y-formacion-de-sus-operadores\/","title":{"rendered":"Transcaribe fortalece los procesos de capacitaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n de sus operadores"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><em><strong>Operadores de los veh\u00edculos del sistema reciben constante formaci\u00f3n en comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva y manejo de las emociones, adem\u00e1s de aspectos t\u00e9cnicos de la operaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6654\" src=\"https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/MEDIDOR-13.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" srcset=\"https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/MEDIDOR-13.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/MEDIDOR-13-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/MEDIDOR-13-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/MEDIDOR-13-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Con el prop\u00f3sito de continuar fortaleciendo el servicio a todos los usuarios, Transcaribe adelant\u00f3 una nueva sesi\u00f3n de formaci\u00f3n y reinducci\u00f3n a varios operadores de los veh\u00edculos del sistema, denominada \u201cServicio con un prop\u00f3sito, transformando la experiencia del usuario en Transcaribe\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de espacios de participaci\u00f3n, din\u00e1mica y esparcimiento, el equipo social de Transcaribe logr\u00f3 impactar a m\u00e1s de treinta operadores del sistema, reiter\u00e1ndoles la importancia de ser multiplicadores de buenas pr\u00e1cticas en su trabajo diario.<\/p>\n<p>Los operadores recibieron formaci\u00f3n en comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva y manejo de las emociones, adem\u00e1s de impulsar el fortalecimiento del sentido de pertenencia.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se les realiz\u00f3 capacitaci\u00f3n y reinducci\u00f3n en temas t\u00e9cnicos y de la operaci\u00f3n, como conducci\u00f3n segura y la prevenci\u00f3n de omisi\u00f3n de paradas, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Los operadores tuvieron un espacio de retroalimentaci\u00f3n para exponer sus principales inquietudes y efectuar sugerencias que permitan el mejoramiento constante del servicio al usuario.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl centro de nuestra operaci\u00f3n son los usuarios, por eso continuamos fortaleciendo nuestros procesos, en todas las \u00e1reas, para que nuestros usuarios contin\u00faen percibiendo mejora constante en el servicio.
