La funcionaria dej\u00f3 claro el mensaje de que Transcaribe necesita muchos m\u00e1s recursos para seguir adelante.<\/p>\n<p>Los costos de inversi\u00f3n para Transcaribe establecidos en el proyecto de acuerdo, de manera consecuente con el plan plurianual de inversiones del Plan de Desarrollo, contemplan 27.728 millones de pesos de ingresos corrientes de libre destinaci\u00f3n, y 31.232 de ingresos corrientes de destinaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica \u2013sobretasa a la gasolina-, para un total de 58.960 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNecesitamos m\u00e1s recursos para continuar con la operaci\u00f3n del sistema, la operaci\u00f3n hoy requiere mayores recursos porque resulta deficitaria. Hay componentes que debemos cumplir en la vigencia 2025, pero a ra\u00edz de que los recursos resultan insuficientes, varias de esas actividades, como por ejemplo la intervenci\u00f3n del patio portal, le colocamos un solo peso de presupuesto asignado. Es decir, dejamos la l\u00ednea abierta para indagar la posibilidad de adquirir recursos, porque todo lo que vamos a recibir en 2025, lo vamos a volcar hacia la operaci\u00f3n del sistema\u201d, explic\u00f3 la gerente de Transcaribe.<\/p>\n<p>Barrios Fl\u00f3rez explic\u00f3 que, de cara al 2025, se est\u00e1 trabajando en tres l\u00edneas, la m\u00e1s importante, la adquisici\u00f3n de nueva flota con recursos del Distrito de Cartagena. \u201cEsto lo ha manifestado nuestro alcalde Dumek Turbay Paz en varias oportunidades, es una acci\u00f3n que va a ejecutar para llevar la cobertura del sistema del 56 % al 70 %\u201d, expuso.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el sistema trabaja en la posibilidad de suscribir un nuevo convenio de cofinanciaci\u00f3n con la Naci\u00f3n, que permita saldar el cr\u00e9dito que tiene Transcaribe por los 99 buses que opera en su rol operador.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTambi\u00e9n hemos tocado puertas en el Gobierno Nacional para la construcci\u00f3n de unos paraderos nuevos que tengan techo, tras el requerimiento que han hecho los usuarios para resguardarse del sol y las lluvias, y la posibilidad de traer recursos para la tarifa diferencial de la poblaci\u00f3n estudiantil y de adultos mayores\u201d, concluy\u00f3 Barrios Fl\u00f3rez.<\/p>\n<div class='cb-post-url-qr-code'><br><img src='https:\/\/api.qrserver.com\/v1\/create-qr-code\/?size=185x185&ecc=L&qzone=1&data=https%3A%2F%2Ftranscaribe.gov.co%2Findex.php%2Fnoticia%2Fgerente-de-transcaribe-expuso-ante-el-concejo-distrital-la-necesidad-de-mas-recursos-para-el-sistema%2F' alt='Gerente de Transcaribe expuso ante el Concejo Distrital la necesidad de m\u00e1s recursos para el sistema'\/><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La gerente Ercilia Barrios sustent\u00f3 los aspectos relacionados con Transcaribe en el proyecto de presupuesto del Distrito para 2025, e hizo hincapi\u00e9 en las gestiones que se adelantan ante el Gobierno Nacional para obtener m\u00e1s recursos, ante las necesidades financieras del sistema.
