{"id":4366,"date":"2023-08-29T16:14:22","date_gmt":"2023-08-29T21:14:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/?post_type=noticia&#038;p=4366"},"modified":"2023-08-29T16:14:22","modified_gmt":"2023-08-29T21:14:22","slug":"comunicado-de-transcaribe-sobre-presuntos-hechos-ocurridos-en-la-estacion-ejecutivos-el-pasado-28-de-agosto","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/index.php\/noticia\/comunicado-de-transcaribe-sobre-presuntos-hechos-ocurridos-en-la-estacion-ejecutivos-el-pasado-28-de-agosto\/","title":{"rendered":"Comunicado de Transcaribe sobre presuntos hechos ocurridos en la estaci\u00f3n Ejecutivos el pasado 28 de agosto"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Con respecto a un supuesto robo masivo reportado por algunos medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, que presuntamente habr\u00eda sucedido en la ma\u00f1ana del lunes 28 de agosto de 2023 en la estaci\u00f3n Los Ejecutivos de Transcaribe, el sistema de los cartageneros se permite precisar lo siguiente:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3956\" src=\"https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-05-09-at-09.19.30.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"854\" srcset=\"https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-05-09-at-09.19.30.jpeg 1280w, https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-05-09-at-09.19.30-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-05-09-at-09.19.30-1024x683.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-05-09-at-09.19.30-768x512.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El sistema tuvo conocimiento del hecho a trav\u00e9s de lo denunciado en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, dado que ni el Centro de Control de Operaciones, ni la empresa contratista de vigilancia, ni el equipo en campo de Transcaribe, tienen ning\u00fan reporte del presunto hecho.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez enterados de lo informado por los medios, el sistema activ\u00f3 los protocolos de atenci\u00f3n al usuario, y se procedi\u00f3 a contactar a la persona afectada por el presunto hurto, para conocer su relato de los hechos, y realizar el acompa\u00f1amiento a la misma desde el equipo de Gesti\u00f3n Social de la entidad.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, a trav\u00e9s del sistema de c\u00e1maras de seguridad de la estaci\u00f3n que, contrario a lo manifestado en algunos medios, opera con normalidad, se procedi\u00f3 a verificar lo relatado por la persona presuntamente afectada.<\/p>\n<p>En efecto, la misma persona se identific\u00f3 dentro del video, comprob\u00e1ndose su presencia en la estaci\u00f3n en la hora indicada. Sin embargo, en el video no se evidencia, en ning\u00fan momento, alg\u00fan tipo de comportamiento delictivo ni situaci\u00f3n que afectara la normalidad de la operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Transcaribe pondr\u00e1 a disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades que as\u00ed lo requieran todo el material de video, para que sean estas autoridades quienes puedan establecer lo que realmente sucedi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el sistema de los cartageneros, recordamos a nuestros usuarios que disponemos de un equipo humano cualificado, a disposici\u00f3n para acompa\u00f1arlos y atenderlos en cualquier situaci\u00f3n a bordo del sistema. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n se cuenta con el correo electr\u00f3nico pqr@transcaribe.gov.co, a trav\u00e9s del cual los usuarios pueden realizar sus reportes, quejas, peticiones y exponer casos que consideren requieran de la atenci\u00f3n del sistema.<\/p>\n<p>Aguardamos a que las autoridades puedan determinar claramente lo acontecido en la estaci\u00f3n, y reiteramos una vez m\u00e1s, nuestra
