Tras consultar con las empresas concesionarias, empleadores de los operadores, se verific\u00f3 que dicho cese de actividades es una noticia falsa.<\/p>\n<p>El servicio p\u00fablico de transporte que se presta por parte del sistema de los cartageneros es, de acuerdo a la normatividad colombiana, un servicio de aquellos catalogados como esenciales. Esto implica la imposibilidad para cualquiera de los actores internos del SITM, de generar acciones que propicien su par\u00e1lisis o traumatismos en sus prestaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Entidades como la Corte Suprema de Justicia y la Corte Constitucional han destacado lo anterior. Por ejemplo, en la sentencia SU 138 de 2021, la Corte Constitucional resalta que la par\u00e1lisis en el servicio p\u00fablico de transporte, denominado como un servicio esencial, demanda un componente de inter\u00e9s general y de prestaci\u00f3n indispensable.<\/p>\n<p>En este entendido, Transcaribe S.A. como ente gestor del sistema, reconoce a plenitud los derechos que se consignan en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de Colombia, pero por disposici\u00f3n de la misma Constituci\u00f3n, ante cualquier hecho que afecte la prestaci\u00f3n habitual del servicio, solicitar\u00e1 a quien corresponda, dar cumplimiento al mismo, y emprender\u00e1 las acciones a las que haya lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Transcaribe operar\u00e1 de manera habitual este lunes 14 de agosto, en los mismos horarios, y con el monitoreo y coordinaci\u00f3n permanente con las autoridades, tal como se realiza diariamente, para garantizar el normal desarrollo de su operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<div class='cb-post-url-qr-code'><br><img src='https:\/\/api.qrserver.com\/v1\/create-qr-code\/?size=185x185&ecc=L&qzone=1&data=https%3A%2F%2Ftranscaribe.gov.co%2Findex.php%2Fnoticia%2Fel-servicio-publico-de-transporte-es-un-servicio-esencial-y-no-puede-paralizarse-transcaribe%2F' alt='El servicio p\u00fablico de transporte es un servicio esencial y no puede paralizarse: Transcaribe'\/><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Transcaribe reitera lo informado el pasado viernes 11 de agosto con respecto al supuesto cese de actividades de algunos operadores del sistema.
