La situaci\u00f3n fue superada y la flota opera con normalidad.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Con respecto a la situaci\u00f3n del recaudo, el protocolo de recaudo manual con tiquetes est\u00e1 implementado y operando en todas las estaciones del sistema y el Patio Portal.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Debido a la venta manual de los pasajes, la operaci\u00f3n de compra del tiquete requiere m\u00e1s tiempo de lo habitual, por lo cual se han presentado aglomeraciones y largas filas en algunas estaciones.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Desde el ente gestor hemos solicitado a Colcard, quien contractualmente est\u00e1 obligado a garantizar el plan de contingencia, que refuerce su dispositivo de venta de tiquetes con m\u00e1s personal, buscando hacer m\u00e1s \u00e1gil el proceso.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Lamentablemente, estas largas filas han motivado que algunos usuarios pretendan ingresar sin pagar su pasaje al sistema, incluso poniendo en riesgo sus vidas al atravesar las v\u00edas donde circulan los buses, para evadir el pago.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Transcaribe lamenta esta infortunada situaci\u00f3n, y hace un llamado a sus usuarios al respeto de las normas, al buen comportamiento en buses y estaciones.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Todo el equipo Transcaribe sigue trabajando sin descanso para garantizar soluciones en el corto y mediano plazo a la situaci\u00f3n, y para acompa\u00f1ar a nuestros usuarios, garantiz\u00e1ndoles la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio.<\/div>\n<div class='cb-post-url-qr-code'><br><img src='https:\/\/api.qrserver.com\/v1\/create-qr-code\/?size=185x185&ecc=L&qzone=1&data=https%3A%2F%2Ftranscaribe.gov.co%2Findex.php%2Fnoticia%2Fla-operacion-de-transcaribe-este-3-de-marzo-de-2023-avanza-de-la-siguiente-forma%2F' alt='La operaci\u00f3n de Transcaribe este 3 de marzo de 2023 avanza de la siguiente forma'\/><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde el componente de operaci\u00f3n de transporte, el sistema est\u00e1 operando con su m\u00e1xima capacidad dispuesta, y con el mayor n\u00famero de buses disponibles en la v\u00eda.
