Tambi\u00e9n vale la pena resaltar que, en ning\u00fan momento, los guardias de seguridad intervinieron en el proceso de venta de los tiquetes: simplemente realizaron acompa\u00f1amiento al personal del concesionario Colcard, quienes fueron los encargados de estas acciones.<\/p>\n<p>Pasadas las doce del mediod\u00eda, el concesionario de recaudo notific\u00f3 al sistema que la falla fue superada, y desde entonces, se normaliz\u00f3 el servicio de recargas de tarjetas Transcaribe en todas las estaciones y puntos de venta externo.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema de todos los cartageneros lamenta todas las incomodidades que esta situaci\u00f3n haya podido provocar a sus usuarios.<\/p>\n<div class='cb-post-url-qr-code'><br><img src='https:\/\/api.qrserver.com\/v1\/create-qr-code\/?size=185x185&ecc=L&qzone=1&data=https%3A%2F%2Ftranscaribe.gov.co%2Findex.php%2Fnoticia%2Fsuperada-la-falla-en-el-sistema-de-recaudo-de-transcaribe%2F' alt='Superada la falla en el sistema de recaudo de Transcaribe'\/><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la ma\u00f1ana de este martes 22 de marzo de 2022, y durante aproximadamente cuatro horas, se present\u00f3 una falla t\u00e9cnica en el proceso de sincronizaci\u00f3n de los equipos de recaudo, que afect\u00f3 el servicio de recarga de saldos de Transcaribe.
