892px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Con respecto a las afirmaciones de la se\u00f1ora Manuela Miranda Payares, recogidas por algunos medios de comunicaci\u00f3n de la ciudad, y en las que se refiere a la adquisici\u00f3n de los predios en los que fue construido el Patio Portal del SITM, Transcaribe S.A. se permite aclarar que:<\/p>\n<p>Al iniciarse el proceso de adquisici\u00f3n predial en el \u00e1rea espec\u00edfica de los lotes de \u00c1lvarez y Collins, en ese lugar se ten\u00eda previsto adelantarse un proceso de urbanizaci\u00f3n, con documentos propios de curadur\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En ese momento, y tras realizarse la verificaci\u00f3n de los t\u00edtulos de propiedad, predio por predio, no se ten\u00edan registrados en los folios de matr\u00edcula ning\u00fan tipo de observaciones ni l\u00edmites de los bienes, que impidieran la adquisici\u00f3n por parte de Transcaribe, ni la condicionaran al derecho de un tercero.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, la adquisici\u00f3n de estos predios est\u00e1 desprovista de cualquier vicio, o de cualquier titulaci\u00f3n, en ese entonces, para persona distinta de \u00c1lvarez y Collins.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de esto, consultados los procesos judiciales que cursan en contra de Transcaribe en la actualidad, no hay ninguno en donde la parte demandante sea la se\u00f1ora Manuela Miranda Payares.<\/p>\n<div class='cb-post-url-qr-code'><br><img
