{"id":1214,"date":"2021-08-13T12:46:25","date_gmt":"2021-08-13T17:46:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/?post_type=noticia&#38;p=1214"},"modified":"2021-08-14T12:46:56","modified_gmt":"2021-08-14T17:46:56","slug":"maria-claudia-penas-arana-elegida-como-gerente-general-de-transcaribe","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/index.php\/noticia\/maria-claudia-penas-arana-elegida-como-gerente-general-de-transcaribe\/","title":{"rendered":"Mar\u00eda Claudia Pe\u00f1as Arana, elegida como Gerente General de Transcaribe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>La junta directiva de Transcaribe eligi\u00f3 por unanimidad a Pe\u00f1as Arana, quien desde mayo de 2021 se ven\u00eda desempe\u00f1ando como gerente suplente de la entidad.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En sesi\u00f3n realizada este viernes 13 de agosto, la junta directiva del sistema integrado de transporte masivo, Transcaribe S.A., eligi\u00f3 por unanimidad a Mar\u00eda Claudia Pe\u00f1as Arana, como nueva Gerente General de la entidad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe\u00f1as Arana, polit\u00f3loga con maestr\u00edas en Desarrollo y Cultura y Procesos Urbanos y Ambientales, se ven\u00eda desempe\u00f1ando desde mayo de 2021 como gerente suplente del sistema de todos los cartageneros.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAsumo este reto con un profundo amor por nuestra ciudad. Agradezco enormemente al alcalde William Dau Chamat, a la junta directiva de Transcaribe, por ratificarme como gerente general de Transcaribe, el sistema de todos los cartageneros. En esta gerencia priorizaremos el servicio a nuestros usuarios, quienes son el motor y la raz\u00f3n de ser de esta empresa. Haremos todo lo que est\u00e9 a nuestro alcance, bajo el liderazgo del alcalde, para garantizar la sostenibilidad del sistema\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Pe\u00f1as Arana.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La nueva Gerente General de Transcaribe cuenta con m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os de experiencia en la direcci\u00f3n de programas estrat\u00e9gicos en el sector privado, liderando procesos relacionados con la calidad de vida urbana. Fue integrante de Global Shaper cap\u00edtulo Cartagena, iniciativa promovida por el Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial (WEF), y ha sido miembro de varias juntas directivas de la ciudad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La funcionaria inici\u00f3 su carrera profesional como parte del equipo de Funcicar. Posteriormente, fue directora de Cartagena C\u00f3mo Vamos, desde donde promovi\u00f3 la encuesta de percepci\u00f3n ciudadana con relaci\u00f3n a Transcaribe, y realiz\u00f3 seguimiento a los avances en la implementaci\u00f3n del sistema, dise\u00f1ando y aplicando instrumentos t\u00e9cnicos para esta evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n coordin\u00f3 la primera \u00abMapat\u00f3n Cartagena\u00bb, un ejercicio para generar datos abiertos sobre los distintos modos de transporte p\u00fablico en la ciudad, y cuyos resultados fueron llevados a la Feria de Smart Cities en Barcelona.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe\u00f1as Arana es coeditora del libro \u00abCartagena en Movimiento\u00bb, publicado recientemente por la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica de Bol\u00edvar, y desde mayo de 2021, por designaci\u00f3n de la junta directiva de la entidad, asumi\u00f3 como gerente suplente de Transcaribe, con el objetivo de estabilizar el sistema de todos los cartageneros, trabajando de la mano con el Distrito por garantizar su sostenibilidad en el corto y mediano plazo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div
