{"id":1168,"date":"2021-02-13T11:28:33","date_gmt":"2021-02-13T16:28:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/?post_type=noticia&#38;p=1168"},"modified":"2021-02-13T11:28:33","modified_gmt":"2021-02-13T16:28:33","slug":"transcaribe-no-esta-obligada-a-matricularse-en-el-registro-mercantil","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/index.php\/noticia\/transcaribe-no-esta-obligada-a-matricularse-en-el-registro-mercantil\/","title":{"rendered":"Transcaribe no est\u00e1 obligada a matricularse en el Registro Mercantil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>La informaci\u00f3n sobre una supuesta sanci\u00f3n por la no renovaci\u00f3n de la matr\u00edcula mercantil no es verdadera.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Con respecto a la informaci\u00f3n presentada por el Canal CNC Cartagena, en la que se afirma que Transcaribe \u201cpodr\u00eda ser sancionado por no renovar su matr\u00edcula mercantil ante la C\u00e1mara de Comercio\u201d, la gerencia del sistema integrado de transporte masivo de los cartageneros se permite aclarar lo siguiente.<\/p>\n<p>Transcaribe S.A. es una empresa industrial y comercial del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, y de conformidad con el numeral 2.1.3.9 del Cap\u00edtulo II, del T\u00edtulo VIII, de la Circular \u00danica de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, Transcaribe S.A. no est\u00e1 obligada a matricularse en el Registro Mercantil.<\/p>\n<p>Por ende, Transcaribe S.A. tampoco se encuentra obligada a renovar dicha matricula, o a la inscripci\u00f3n de sus actos en el Registro Mercantil.<\/p>\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, es falso que el SITM est\u00e9 expuesto a una sanci\u00f3n, como se afirma en dicha informaci\u00f3n.
