{"id":1130,"date":"2020-07-27T20:03:42","date_gmt":"2020-07-28T01:03:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/?post_type=noticia&#38;p=1130"},"modified":"2020-07-27T20:03:42","modified_gmt":"2020-07-28T01:03:42","slug":"hasta-que-se-recuperen-saldos-prestados-se-suspendera-viaje-a-credito-en-transcaribe","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/transcaribe.gov.co\/index.php\/noticia\/hasta-que-se-recuperen-saldos-prestados-se-suspendera-viaje-a-credito-en-transcaribe\/","title":{"rendered":"Hasta que se recuperen saldos prestados, se suspender\u00e1 viaje a cr\u00e9dito en Transcaribe"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>La decisi\u00f3n se toma luego de analizar el comportamiento financiero presentado en los \u00faltimos 4 meses, donde los valores validados a cr\u00e9ditos superar\u00edan los saldos existentes y se agotar\u00edan los recursos del fondo destinado para tal fin.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Un poco m\u00e1s de 34 mil pasajes prestados no han sido devueltos al sistema.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desde el 25 de marzo que comenz\u00f3 el aislamiento preventivo obligatorio, decretado por el Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Transcaribe habilit\u00f3 para todos sus usuarios el viaje a cr\u00e9dito como una de las medidas de contingencia para prevenci\u00f3n del Covid-19, el cual solo estaba disponible para usuarios con tarjetas personalizadas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, a la fecha el fondo que se usa para el viaje a cr\u00e9dito se le agotan los recursos debido al no recaudo de pasajes prestados, falt\u00e1ndole un poco m\u00e1s de 34 mil que representan 85 millones de pesos. Por esto, a partir de esta semana se suspender\u00e1 esta opci\u00f3n para todas las tarjetas habilitadas.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el manual del usuario de Transcaribe, el usuario \u201ctiene la opci\u00f3n de utilizar un cr\u00e9dito en las rutas alimentadoras, pretroncales y complementarias de Transcaribe hasta por el valor m\u00e1ximo de un pasaje. Para hacer transbordo en servicios troncales, el usuario deber\u00e1 pagar el cr\u00e9dito cuando llegue a una estaci\u00f3n del sistema. Si el usuario no realiza transbordo a servicio troncal, en la siguiente recarga que haga, ser\u00e1 cobrado el cr\u00e9dito\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon preocupaci\u00f3n notamos que estos viajes a cr\u00e9ditos no est\u00e1n siendo regresados al fondo que administra Transcaribe. Al no devolver esos \u2018viajes prestados\u2019 los recursos se agotan, como ocurrir\u00eda si no suspendemos esta opci\u00f3n. En el an\u00e1lisis que se realiza semanalmente al comportamiento financiero del fondo, se identifica que en algunas semanas los usuarios prestaron hasta 12 millones de pesos, pero solo se recaudaron o devolvieron 100 mil pesos\u201d, explic\u00f3 el gerente de Transcaribe, Humberto Ripoll Durango.<\/p>\n<p>El gerente del ente gestor aclar\u00f3 que como se habilit\u00f3 esta opci\u00f3n a todas las tarjetas, hay muchos n\u00fameros que no pueden ser identificados f\u00e1cilmente porque no tienen datos de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, invit\u00f3 a los usuarios del sistema a que recarguen sus tarjetas si han prestado pasajes en los \u00faltimos meses con el fin de recuperar los recursos del fondo y activar nuevamente el viaje a cr\u00e9dito para beneficio de los mismos.<\/p>\n<div class='cb-post-url-qr-code'><br><img src='https:\/\/api.qrserver.com\/v1\/create-qr-code\/?size=185x185&ecc=L&qzone=1&data=https%3A%2F%2Ftranscaribe.gov.co%2Findex.php%2Fnoticia%2Fhasta-que-se-recuperen-saldos-prestados-se-suspendera-viaje-a-credito-en-transcaribe%2F' alt='Hasta que se recuperen saldos prestados, se suspender\u00e1 viaje a cr\u00e9dito en Transcaribe'\/><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La decisi\u00f3n se toma luego de analizar el comportamiento financiero presentado en los \u00faltimos 4 meses, donde los valores validados a cr\u00e9ditos superar\u00edan los saldos existentes y se agotar\u00edan los recursos del fondo destinado para tal fin.
