El gerente de Transcaribe, Humberto Ripoll Durango, aclar\u00f3 que no habr\u00e1 un alza del pasaje este a\u00f1o y que los recursos que no ha girado el Distrito, correspondientes a la operaci\u00f3n del sistema, se enviar\u00e1n en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas y adem\u00e1s se incorporar\u00e1 un proyecto de acuerdo en sesiones extras del Concejo Distrital de Cartagena, \u00fanicamente para chatarrizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
El Distrito ha dejado de enviar 66 mil millones de pesos a Transcaribe, de los 112.978 millones de pesos estipulados para los cuatro a\u00f1os de Gobierno de Primero La Gente, plan de gobierno vigente para la ciudad. Por lo tanto, si no se tomaban los correctivos necesarios, el sistema cerrar\u00eda el 2019 con un d\u00e9ficit superior a los 8 mil millones de pesos.<\/p>\n
\u201cYa giraron 3 mil millones de pesos a Transcaribe y en octubre enviar\u00edan 2 mil millones de pesos m\u00e1s. Y con los $20 mil millones para chatarrizaci\u00f3n se solucionar\u00eda el problema que permitir\u00eda que el sistema ingrese a m\u00e1s barrios, tenga m\u00e1s rutas y mejore sus frecuencias\u201d, resalt\u00f3 el gerente.<\/p>\n
