T. y C., 6 de marzo de 2019<\/p>\n<p><em>Son 13 gestores en cultura ciudadana de la Escuela de Gobierno y Liderazgo que desde tempranas horas de la ma\u00f1ana orientan a los usuarios de Transcaribe para una mejor experiencia en el sistema.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBuenos d\u00edas, \u00bfhacia d\u00f3nde se dirige?\u201d, le pregunt\u00f3 Ketty Jackeline Rocha Julio a uno de los usuarios que ingres\u00f3 a la estaci\u00f3n Madre Bernarda de Transcaribe. Con una sonrisa y una voz clara le indic\u00f3 que para tomar la ruta T103 Portal \u2013 Bocagrande debe ubicarse en la fila hacia el lado izquierdo de la puerta.<\/p>\n<p>Algo confundido, el usuario lo hizo y esper\u00f3 a que llegara el bus para subirse respetando el orden.<\/p>\n<p>Ketty Jackeline continu\u00f3 explic\u00e1ndole a los usuarios de qu\u00e9 manera deb\u00edan ubicarse en la estaci\u00f3n. \u201cLo que hacemos es orientar al usuario en las rutas. Como hay tantas, se pueden perder f\u00e1cilmente; se trata de ense\u00f1arlos a que vean el tablero ya que es una ayuda que tienen constante para que se ubiquen f\u00e1cilmente. Tambi\u00e9n el manejo del sistema, el uso de las tarjetas y sobre el manual del usuario\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Ella es una de las cultoras de la Escuela de Gobierno y Liderazgo que estar\u00e1 en las estaciones del sistema, orientando a los usuarios en el uso del mismo. Desde 2016 trabaja en esta \u00e1rea y conoce sobre las rutas, por lo que ahora le transmite a cultores nuevos para que ense\u00f1en a los usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>Los conocimientos fueron adquiridos mediante charlas realizadas por integrantes de Gesti\u00f3n Social de Transcaribe S.A. que permanentemente los capacitan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSe les hace mucho \u00e9nfasis en el uso de las plataformas, que deben usar el puente peatonal y las cebras y arrojar las basuras en las canecas. Me encanta mucho trabajar con las comunidades, sobre todo porque el cartagenero carece de cultura ciudadana\u201d, resalt\u00f3 Ketty.<\/p>\n<p>Durante toda esta semana los cultores estar\u00e1n en la estaci\u00f3n Madre Bernarda para facilitar y hacer m\u00e1s ameno su viaje y estad\u00eda en Transcaribe.<\/p>\n<p>Los usuarios manifestaron su satisfacci\u00f3n con esta estrategia que les permite cuidar el sistema y hacerlo m\u00e1s funcional. \u201cMe parece correcto que orienten a la gente porque a veces no saben cu\u00e1l es la ruta correcta para usar\u201d, destac\u00f3 un usuario.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class='cb-post-url-qr-code'><br><img src='https:\/\/api.qrserver.com\/v1\/create-qr-code\/?size=185x185&ecc=L&qzone=1&data=https%3A%2F%2Ftranscaribe.gov.co%2Findex.php%2Fnoticia%2Fvolvieron-los-cultores-a-transcaribe%2F' alt='\u00a1Volvieron los cultores a Transcaribe!'\/><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cartagena de Indias, D.
