T y C., lunes, 30 de septiembre de 2024<\/p>\n<p>Oficio TC-SG-07.01-1742-24<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1or.<br \/>\nIGNACIO ENRIQUE VILLAMIL BALLESTEROS.<br \/>\nSolicitante particular.<br \/>\nEmail: villaballe69mil@hotmail.com<\/p>\n<p><strong>ASUNTO:<\/strong> RESPUESTA A RADICADO INTERNO 3714.<\/p>\n<p>Cordial saludo.<\/p>\n<p>En TRANSCARIBE S.A., tenemos en cuenta cada una de las experiencias que nos comparten nuestros usuarios, ya que estas aportan en la mejora constante de nuestros servicios.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed las cosas, le comunicamos que hemos recibido su solicitud identificada con el radicado\u00a0 interno referenciado en el asunto del presente oficio, el cual atendemos en los siguientes<br \/>\nt\u00e9rminos:<\/p>\n<p>SOLICITUD:<br \/>\n\u201cpague una recarga de 30.000 y solo me recargaron 3.000\u201d.<br \/>\n<strong>Nota:<\/strong> El texto corresponde al documento original recibido.<\/p>\n<p>RESPUESTA:<br \/>\nDe acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n suministrada por el equipo de SONDA COLOMBIA le informamos que se logra evidenciar que la cajera Cinthya Fern\u00e1ndez el d\u00eda 20 de agosto en su turno PM en Centro B, reporto un sobrante por el valor de $ 27.000 mil pesos, Por lo que es viable generar devoluci\u00f3n de dinero al usuario afectado.<\/p>\n<p>SOPORTE DE DEVOLUCION:<br \/>\nTeniendo que su tarjeta esta personalizada le invitamos invitamos a realizar el registro Portal del Usuario \u2013 POCAE, donde se muestra al detalle el historial del manejo de la tarjeta,<br \/>\nesto con el fin de validar que la tarjeta pertenece al portador lo cual puede hacerlo realizando los siguientes pasos:<\/p>\n<p>1. Ingrese a www.transcaribe.gov.co y de click en el banner \u00abPortal del<br \/>\nUsuario\u00bb.<br \/>\n2. Seleccione \u00absoy nuevo, quiero registrarme\u00bb para crear su cuenta de usuario.<br \/>\n3. Complete los datos y asigne su contrase\u00f1a.<br \/>\n4. Active su cuenta a trav\u00e9s del correo electr\u00f3nico que recibir\u00e1.<br \/>\n5. Ingrese con sus datos de acceso.<br \/>\n6. Para agregar sus tarjetas, seleccione \u00abmedios de acceso\u00bb en el men\u00fa superior.<br \/>\n7. Introduzca el n\u00famero ubicado debajo del c\u00f3digo de barras de la tarjeta que<br \/>\nquieras agregar, y as\u00edgnele un nombre.<br \/>\n8. \u00a1Listo! Ahora, puede consultar su saldo y las \u00faltimas veces que uso su tarjeta en<br \/>\nel men\u00fa \u00abResumen\u00bb.<br \/>\n9. Recuerde que puede afiliar hasta 5 tarjetas (n\u00fameros de tarjeta) y controlar sus movimientos desde su cuenta. Esto le permite reportar problemas con su medio de acceso. Al dar clic en la tarjeta espec\u00edfica, podr\u00e1s bloquear o reportar un reclamo.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de cualquier duda o necesidad de informaci\u00f3n adicional, puede acercarse a nuestro Centro de Atenci\u00f3n al Usuario (CAU), ubicado en la entrada a patio portal.
